She has a special affinity for working with clients to rebuild vitality through addressing chronic digestive concerns, mental and emotional wellbeing, and circadian rhythm dysregulation.

Let’s work together:
As a community and clinical herbalist my goal is to remind humans of all the wisdom the plant world can offer, not just for specific ailments or as analogs to modern pharmacology, but as constant companions and teachers. I want to be the matchmaker between you and the plant allies who are waiting to meet you. I also believe that we all have a right to understand how our bodies work, and that a deeper understanding of our inner cosmology provides the tools for effective, intuitive decision making that support our own mending and the mending of our communities.
Whether you are looking for acute care or long-term support with chronic health conditions, I look forward to working together to help you frame and address those goals in a confidential, client-centered and holistic setting.
