All services and herbs are offered on a sliding scale.
The sliding scale model represents a commitment to provide comprehensive care to everyone, and a recognition of the inherent generosity of the plants. If you are able to pay at the top of the scale, your commitment to that tier helps to ensure herbal access for those who may pay at a different level, as well as my continued ability to provide these services. In the initial intake, we dive deep into your health history and goals, and finish with a plan for initial herbal formulas and recommendations. 1.5-2 hours for initial intake, $60-$120, does not include cost of herbs.

Follow-up appointments are recommended every month for the first three months of our work together, and then as needed. In these meetings we build on our work together, tweak formulas and incorporate new strategies as your health goals evolve. 45-60 minutes, $30-$60.

Acute care (or “mini care”) consults are helpful for minor injuries, acute illness, or for folks who are brand new to taking herbal medicine and want to see what all the fuss is about. Includes 30 minute phone or video call and one 2oz bottle of tincture. $55-$75.
Herbs: I create custom formulas for clients from herbs in my own apothecary, but there is no obligation to source herbs from me if you prefer to use your own plants or use a different supplier. You can find a list of where I source those plants that I don’t grow or gather myself on the Resources page.
Tinctures: $5-$10/ounce
Bulk herbs (teas and powders): $3-$5/ounce
I charge a $10 flat fee to ship herbs.

The scale for all services and medicine starts at $0 for Black and Indigenous individuals. When possible I will waive fees or class costs for Black and Indigenous participants, or offer scholarships for these programs. This commitment recognizes that my access to land and plant medicine is directly descendent from the systemic racial and economic injustices of our country. Please be in touch with any questions.
